Evita, a Beijing native, spent her early career in public relations before immigrating to the United States. She earned her Master of Public Administration from Seattle University, where she discovered her passion for law while volunteering as an interpreter in the Chinese community and the legal intake at the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. Evita pursued her legal interests and obtained her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
During law school, Evita participated in the Moderate Means Program, primarily working on family disputes. She also utilized her bilingual skills to volunteer at the International District Legal Clinic with the Asian Bar Association of Washington. Additionally, Evita served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Judith Ramseyer in King County Superior Court and worked as a pro bono attorney at nonprofit legal clinics, gaining extensive civil law experience.
Evita is now a member of the Washington Bar and focuses her practice on Family Law. She sees her role as a helper, healer, counselor, and advocate. Evita's unique background and bilingual skills allow her to combine legal expertise with communication skills, providing creative and effective solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
When not working, Evita enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
